Planning Your SBIR Phase II Application?
If you’re tracking these deadlines because you’re preparing for Phase II, there’s something important to know: Phase II awards require significantly more complex accounting infrastructure than Phase I.
When funding increases from $150,000 (Phase I) to up to $1 million (Phase II), many agencies require pre-award accounting surveys to verify your financial systems meet Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DCAA standards. This is where most small businesses face unexpected challenges.
At Team 80, we understand all of the challenges you face and we’re here to help further the research and development efforts you’ve worked incredibly hard to initiate in Phase I. Allow us to take the confusing, complicated burden of SBIR accounting compliance off your shoulders.
With over 25 years of experience in government accounting and working directly with SBIR participating agencies, we provide cloud-based back-office accounting solutions so you don’t need to hire internal staff. We help small businesses meet pre-award survey requirements and maintain compliance throughout their Phase II awards.
So you’ve made it this far in your SBIR journey—why not let us take over the accounting complexity so you can focus on what matters most?
